At 40nine-Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your colorful timepiece; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure secure tracking of your return package.

• 3.
  Pack Your Watch

  Place the watch in its original packaging, including all tags and protective films, to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
